a. For grinding:
Dry grind Red chillies, Split peas, coriander seeds and curry leaves
b. For seasoning:
Mustard seeds, Channa daal and Urad daal.
c. Cut cabbage and onions.
d. Cooked white rice.
Heat a pan, add oil and mustard seeds, once it splatters add rest of the seasoning and saute for a few minutes until the dal turn golden. Add chopped onions and saute until it turns light brown. Then add the chopped cabbage and saute until its almost cooked. Dry grind the spices and add it to the cabbage and mix it well. Add salt, and rice and mix it well. Tasty cabbage rice ready. Serve with raita/yogurt and enjoy.
